We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period of time, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

We offer free returns on most of our items, so you will not have to pay any shipping costs for returns.

If in the description of the article it is not specified that it is applicable to free return, the shipping costs, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@maemukilondon.com and tell us the reason. It will also be necessary to attach photos of the item and proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Special Conditions

Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

  • Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
  • Underwear: can be returned or exchanged as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased and still have the bag or protective sticker with which they were sent.
  • Pyjamas: can be returned or exchanged as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. Items that include a bag must be returned with it.
  • Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.
  • Fragrances and candles: must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
  • Cosmetics: must be returned in the same packaging and in original condition.
  • Customisable items: Given that these garments are customised, it is not possible to exchange or return them. Moreover, it is not possible to cancel purchases of items in a customised colour.
